Halley Vap self-adhesive membrane -25°C acts as a vapour barrier with high flexibility at low temperature and high adhesion to the support without the aid of flames. It is very useful in application contexts where the risk of fire is very high.
The HALLEY VAP self-adhesive bituminous membrane is made with two different types of compounds: the external face is made up of elastoplastomeric compound in APP -25°C. The internal face and the overlap side are made of -25°C elastomeric self-adhesive compound by simple pressure.
The excellent quality of this membrane is highlighted in particular by two indicators: flexibility at low temperature (-25°C) and adhesion to the various supports. The excellent adhesiveness makes it easy to adapt when laying in areas with a warm temperate climate. The excellent flexibility, with the use of hot air, allows easy application even in cold climate areas.
The reinforcement used in HALLEY VAP membranes consists of a reinforced polyester, rot-proof, coupled with an aluminum film which guarantees excellent performance as a vapour barrier.
These membranes have fair performances, their main function is to safeguard the effectiveness of the insulation.
