The uniqueness of N.E.W systems is demonstrated as well by the insurance guarantees that support them. In fact, all the N.E.W. specifications, totally exposed, are covered by a twenty year insurance based on the 10 + 5 + 5 formula (condition limited to Italy, United Kingdom and Ireland, for other countries please contact the Company).
The collaboration with General Membrane during the designing phase, the unique durability materials, the installation made according to the Installation Manual with a subsequent check using the T.A.L. and the issuing of a roof Conformity Statement with an annual maintenance plan set out in the N.E.W. Life Manual have allowed the Company to undertake a unique insurance the first of its kind with the Generali Insurance Company.
The 10 + 5 + 5 N.E.W systems insurance covers all defects in material and installation of all of the layers that make up the waterproof package, and covers failure of materials, labour and roof design, thus fully protecting the customer.
The insurance procedure envisages annual maintenance of the roofing, the phases of which are described in the N.E.W. Life Maintenance Manual, and allows for the extension of the insurance after two on-site technical checks carried out by an accreditation company during the 10th and 15th year.
