Isolink P is a studded bituminous membrane for vapour control with polyester reinforcement that allows rapid gluing of the insulating panels, according to the UNI EN 13970 reference standards.
The compound employed in ISOLINK P membrane has been specifically designed for vapour control efficacy. It consists in a mixture of distilled modified bitumen and high quality elasto-plastomeric polymers (APP), further enhanced by the addition of specific resins chosen for their adhesive properties. ISOLINK P membrane is designed to be fully bonded to the roof deck; on their upper surface (exposed) are 120/m2 gluing studs which, after being treated by gentle torching on site, ensure anchoring of the insulating panel or of pre-coupled thermal slats such as GENERAL TERMODOGA thermal insulating membranes.
ISOLINK P membrane has got a rot-proof non-woven polyester fabric stabilized with fiberglass. These “composite” reinforcements combine the good mechanical properties of polyester reinforcements with the extraordinary thermo-dimensional stability typical of fiberglass and guarantee high levels of performance to the membranes.
