General Solar PV: waterproofing and renewable energy in one, practical solution

This elegant city building is the ARDISS Student Accomodation in Trieste, where many university students are housed every year. In a specially designed refurbishment project, the roof was re-waterproofed and equipped with a flexible photovoltaic system in a single solution, thanks to the General Solar PV system: waterproofing with integrated flexible photovoltaics. The flexible photovoltaic panels do not need any ballast, they are easily installed directly on the waterproofing membrane and efficiently store solar energy even with cloudy sky or shadings.
