Greenstar SA Mineral is a self-adhesive bitumen polymer waterproofing membrane self-protected with mineral slate granules, to be applied dry to the substrate, characterised by a high recycled material content. Adhesion to the surface occurs when the protective silicone-coated film is removed. The product is designed to meet the needs of modern building design, where environmental sustainability protocols are required for buildings.
The lower self-adhesive elastomeric bituminous compound (BPE) is combined with the upper innovative H.R.C. (High Recycled Content) compound with a specific formulation consisting of bitumen modified with high quantities of special polymers coming from the most modern recycling plants. Specially selected by General Membrane's Research and Development laboratory, these polymers guarantee excellent compatibility with the bitumen, maintaining the same performance of the classic bituminous waterproofing compounds.

Non-woven polyester fabric (TNT) backing from continuous filament (spunbond) reinforced with glass strands in the longitudinal direction. The reinforcement gives excellent mechanical performance to the bituminous membrane.
