General TPE aerators have been designed to facilitate the extraction of water vapor. They can also be used as ventilation fireplaces for rooms.
GENERAL TPE AERATORS have been studied to favor the dynamic extraction of water vapor that is formed between the insole and the waterproof covering mantle. GENERAL TPE AERATORS can also be used as ventilation fireplaces for rooms.
The new GENERAL TPE AERATORS can also be placed on ventilation ducts having an external maximum diameter of 125 mm. The particular shape of the IDEAL AERATOR and the cover allows the cover package to be ventilated continuously.
Resistant to degradation caused by the sun, ozone and other atmospheric or chemical agents normally present. They have a high flexibility even at low temperatures. The mechanical characteristics remain unchanged over time. They are compatible with prefabricated bituminous membranes such as APP, SBS, APAO and coated bitumen.
It is advisable to install GENERAL TPE AERATORS in contact with the slab, to exploit the characteristics of the canalisation ribs. The flange of the GENERAL TPE AERATORS is fitted in the lower part that must be placed in contact with the insole of 16 ducting ribs that keep the covering mantle or the vapor barrier raised to facilitate the release of hot air that is formed daily between the insole and waterproofing.
The upper part of the flange, on the other hand, is equipped with reliefs to facilitate the anchoring of the sheaths. The shank at the base is provided with a reinforcement edge to guarantee the resistance of the product during installation while at the top it is equipped with three side windows that guarantee aeration together with the upper hole. The lid is provided with three fins having a double interlocking function to ensure the attachment of the cap to the aerator even in particularly windy areas and to keep the hood wall spaced from the upper base of the shank to increase the aeration surface.
GENERAL TPE AERATOR is the only one equipped with a continuous and dynamic condensate drain cover that continuously forms under the waterproofing mantle. The rounded shape of the lid favors the disposal of condensation, which is formed continuously, leaving it to escape from the tang.
